THE BRIEF

Fifteen years of commercial sub-contracting meant that this client held deep expertise within the arboriculture sector. They came to us looking to make a pivot away from the commercial market and toward homeowners and residential clients across North London; so required a whole new brand to support this re-positioning.

THE WORK

We rebuilt the brand from the ground up; a new name to trade under (previously TreeWorks London) a refreshed visual identity, new website, and a complete overhaul of every client-facing touchpoint; from quote templates and invoices through to email design. Operationally, we integrated a structured client review process into their workflow to build social proof, and set up WhatsApp for Business to make enquiries and quote capture as frictionless as possible.

Today the business is well established in the residential sector with a healthy pipeline of work, and operating profitably in its preferred market.

This client had established themselves as a strong local business within Christchurch, leveraging social media alone. They were a small team and wanted to take their business to the next stage of growth by developing a website and increasing their reach across the Canterbury region, and attracting larger scale jobs so that they could double their team.

This client had been on a long personal journey to create a range of diatonic accordions; working with top luthiers from Castelfidairo and Stradella in Italy. We worked with them to launch the final products in market to great success. From product photography and videography, website creation, email automation developing pre order processes to support custom tuning for each musician.
